Enjoy Tofino's Famous Storm Watching Season
$100/Night Off Selected Cabins. Starting at $190.00 per night in low season!
Tofino’s weather is as varied as its coast line, and during the fall and winter seasons, large storm systems begin to develop over the open waters of the Pacific. During this time, the West Coast averages ten to fifteen storms per month and about a dozen major storms roll in during the season. The Pacific Ocean unleashes waves onto empty stretches of sandy beach, ancient cedar trees bow to the roaring winds, and the rain breathes life into our rain forest.
November onwards is traditionally the peak period for watching storms in Tofino, and Crystal Cove Beach Resort is the perfect place to experience this truly wild West Coast experience! Bring your rain gear and embrace nature in her full glory on a storm watching stroll on the beach, then return to “Your Happy Place” and enjoy one of our cozy log cabins and prepare for another show by relaxing in a hot tub or Jacuzzi tub, or simply by sitting in front of a roaring wood burning or gas fireplace.
